Ian is awesome to work with. Positive attitude, factual and tells you the truth (the good the bad and the ugly as required).
Patient, listened to me and asked good questions, very knowledgeable.
This is the second time I've worked with Ian and I will only want to work with him as long as we're in Seattle. I couldn't speak more highly of his ability to make us feel comfortable, in charge of all decisions, and (most importantly, I guess) to get the job done. He's extremely communicative, gives honest opinions but at the same time truly listens to ours, and I'm very grateful he was recommended to us years ago. He and Matt have a deep knowledge of the Seattle market and how to go about both buying and selling within it. You need not shop around for other agents.
Ian is awesome. He takes the time to understand the client's needs, evaluates the properties to make sure they meet the client's needs, as well as provides plenty of valuable feedback that make a house such a pleasant experience. Ian also keeps us in constant communication -- he keeps up updated on the progress/status of the properties that we're interested in, in a timely manner. This is my 4th transaction with CBB. Would definitely work with Ian and CBB again in the future!
Great service...100% satisfied with Ian's work. Great guy and great service.
Ian and his team were extremely helpful and always available throughout the whole process! From introduction to close, guided by the team, we always felt comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Exceptionally thoughtful and caring, motivated in finding the best home for our family! Thank you for always paying attention to the details and answering any questions that came up! Deeply appreciate the resourcefulness and could not have asked for a better home buying experience! Thank you again!
They are friendly, easy to work with, fun, and explained the process to us.
I don't think I could have chosen a better agent than Ian. He was amazing.
So knowledgeable about the market, honest, caring, and fun!
Ian used each and every opportunity/house tour to get a better understanding of what we were looking for - the homes we toured drew closer and closer to what we eventually ended up buying and it was largely because we wasted less and less time seeing things that didn't fit with our needs/expectations. At first it was 'we'll go and look anyway' but it evolved into 'that won't be a good fit'.
